Born and raised on a Wisconsin dairy farm established some deep roots with the land I grew up on. After graduating school I worked as an Industrial Maintenance Technician for 9 years. During this time I also purchased and flipped houses. I have always been, a hands on kind of person, but also enjoyed being outdoors. After several successful home flips, I left my Industrial job and became licesenced to sell Real Estate in September 2005. I owned my own company and specialized in listing on the MLS and locating properties for buyers. During this time I realized that the knowledge about zoning, land management programs and rural property values was not adequate with most realtors. This is where I started to spend hours of research. Everything changed from county to county and township to township. So as I listed or located a property, the first step was to educate myself on the facts of the property. This knowledge proved very valuable to my clients and allowed my reputation to grow as a Professional. By joining the Mossy Oak Team I'm able to utilize my knowledge about rural properties and yet share the duties required to successfully operate a company. This team concept will allow me to spend more time enjoying the outdoors like snowmobiling and working the land on the family farm I just purchased. I look forward to helping those clients of Mossy Oak Properties find their dream property.

Paul Braun
Agent
Paul is currently attending Ripon College for his degree in Marketing, while playing Division 3 football there as well. At 6 years old he was first acquainted with the outdoors through hunting and fishing. Since then his love for wildlife has continued to grow into an obsession. Paul's addiction to Mossy Oak began at a young age of 13. Mossy Oak's Camo Cameras followed him into the woods of central Wisconsin to video his first longbeard for Extreme Spring Season 5. Due to Paul's limited amount of hunting time in the fall he understands that a well-managed property produces a quality experience in the outdoors. He brings his youthful perspective of the outdoors to the MOPWI team.
